Delivery time
The delivery time is usually 6-12 working days after receipt of payment.
Please note that in individual cases, e.g., due to customs clearance or unforeseeable transport delays, delivery times may be longer.
No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Transport risk
We bear the shipping risk. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you will, of course, receive a free replacement or a refund.
Delivery address
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is complete and correct. If incomplete or incorrect information results in additional costs (e.g., return shipping), we may deduct these from the refund amount.
